Will non geographic numbers affect my customers?
Only in a good way! NGNs offer huge benefits to both your business and your customers. They are easy to remember and often included in the inclusive minutes from landline providers so they are free to call. In fact, 0800 numbers are always free to call from a landline and 0844s are only 5p per minute, so they are low cost but give assurance because of the fixed charge.
When will you pay my revenue share outpayments?
We understand the importance of cashflow to your business so pride ourselves on being the best, most reliable payer in the industry. Our rebate payments are always paid via BACS 35 days following month end (e.g. March payment would be made on 5th May). The only exceptions to this are when the 5th falls on a weekend, in which case the payment is made on the preceding Friday (yes, you actually get paid early!). In addition, only rebates of £25 or above are paid. Any amount under this is carried over until the payment exceeds £25 and is then paid during the next payment run.
Can I manage my own services?
Our Call Command portal puts you in control and enables you to control many elements of your services and also report on them. We believe this is one of the best portals around for control of inbound call services.

How do I re-route my number(s)?
By logging in to our Call Command portal, you can change the mapping of your numbers with a few clicks of a mouse.
Please note: divert rates apply when routing to a mobile.
I am a reseller. Can my customers use your portal?
Yes, we have designed it with channel relationships in mind. You can set up the portal access so that your customers can only see their own numbers and services, whereas you can view and control all of your customers' services.
In addition, we have deliberately branded it as Call Command so that Core Telecom is invisible to your end customers.
Can you provide memorable numbers?
We have millions of numbers already in use and many more waiting for you, so please let us know what you are looking for and we'll do our best to provide the perfect number(s) for your business.
Can we port our existing non geographic numbers over to Core Telecom?
Absolutely. We can port numbers from all major operators and will provide a seamless transition of your numbers with no down time.
Will it cost me to change from my existing supplier of non geographic numbers?
There are no additional charges involved in transferring your numbers to Core Telecom and we are confident that we will provide you with an unbeatable service once you are with us.
